Breakfast- Cereal
Snack- Fruit
Lunch- Soup w/ Bread
Dinner- Sushi
All my meals were great today. I think I overate a little too much for dinner. But I tend to do that when I eat sushi. It was really good though. And the cold water didn’t work out today so I am going to keep that as a goal for tomorrow. Also I did go for a run in the morning and am extremely proud of myself for that.
