Day 4- Sat. 7/7

Breakfast- Cheerios Cereal

Snack- Vegetables

Lunch- Soup

Snack- Black and White Cookie

Dinner- Salad with Barbecue

Breakfast was good and so was lunch. But then I went out with friends and had a cookie which I knew was bad but couldn’t stop myself. Then later around 10, which I know was bad too, I had the leftover barbecue and salad. I felt horrible but I was so hungry. I don’t think I ate too much but I think it’s the fact that I ate so late. My goal still stays the same, to try to not eat after 8.
