Today was a good day. Breakfast was not so good, I ate too much cereal and the problem was that even after I was full I still ate because I told myself that it was healthy so then it should be okay. My goal is to stop thinking that way. After that I went to work and then worked out at the gym. The workout felt really good. After I was very hungry and when I came home I ate what I planed. Now it is 10 and I'm kind of hungry so I'm just munching on fruits. I finished dinner at 8.30 so I didn’t really meet my goal. But that’s okay I feel satisfied with my self today.
