Lunch- Rice w/ soy sauce. Salad. Watermelon
Dinner- TGIF- Appetizers with Friend
Snack- Fruit
The breakfast and lunch felt good. I didn’t feel like I overate at all and everything was going great. Until Dinner I went tout to the movies with my friend and then we decided to go eat dinner at Fridays and as you all can expect I ate too much. My goal is too control myself when I go to restaurants with friends. I think that the problem is, is that when I share food I tend to overeat because mentally I think that I am splitting the food so it can’t be too unhealthy or too much food. Next time I will try to getting one entrĂ©e and see if that helps.
