Dinner- Bread. Cottage Cheese w/
All of my meals went great today. I finished eating before 10. Which isn’t meeting my goal at all. But that’s okay. I did snack a lot today. Which I regret a lot. I feel pretty good about today. Ill try to put some time in for exercising tomorrow.
