Breakfast- Cereal with Bananas
Snack- Cherries
Dinner- Soup.
Breakfast went well I went to work today so I didn’t eat that much until 7. Cut dinner was a disaster. I ate way too much and I ate twice. I have to learn to control myself better. If I eat once then I should just leave the kitchen so I am not pushed to eat again. My goal is to not eat after 8. I need to reassure myself that if I try to stick to my goal I will see results.
