Breakfast- Cereal. Small amount of cake
Snack- Cherries
Lunch- Rice w/ Soy sauce. Salad
Snack- Cherries
Dinner- Bread with butter. Cake.
Since yesterday’s barbecue at our house we had a lot of leftover cake. Which makes me really tempted to it and which gives it a spot on my daily intake. I feel bad about eating it, but it tasted so good. Breakfast and Lunch were good as usual, and as unusually Dinner went well too. Although I ate it really late I didn’t get the yucky fullness feeling. I don’t feel bad about anything today. I would like to get some exercise in my day tomorrow and keep my goal of not eating after 8.
