Dinner- Grains. Meat. Vegetables
Snack- Tea w/ Cake.
All the meals went great today. But after work I was very hungry. So I snacked a bit too much. I don’t feel like I overate today at all, and I am pretty pleased with myself. I did work out today for 2 hours and am happy with myself for that too. I met my goal from yesterday and am satisfied. My goal is to go for a run tomorrow in the morning and try to remember to have a glass of cold water before I eat every meal.
