Breakfast- Whole Grain Cereal
Lunch- Soup. Bread w/ Fish
Snack- Vegetables. Cherries
Dinner- Bread with butter. Cottage Cheese
I didn’t really eat all that much today. And I am proud of that. Because I was home all day, and when that usually happens I end up snacking everything in my house. But today I didn’t. I didn’t get exercise in today because it was extremely hot today and it was impossible to go for a run. But tomorrow I am definitely exercising.
